Too hot to cook dinner dinner!!

Vegan turkey sandwich…a very good cold cut substitute with the right fixings

4 slices “turkey” 14g protein with half an avocado sliced sprinkled pepper n salt then added a tight packed handful of lettuce drizzled some Sriacha

Stuffed between

HEB walnut bake shop bread with jalapeño humus spread on one side and stone ground mustard on the other!!

Scoop of humus and a carrot for crunch and I also got some raw sea salted pumpkin seeds die the salty fix ;)
