Soo… I know it’s been awhile since I’ve been super active on my page and I want to think all my followers for sticking with me!!! I haven’t fallen off the veganism but definitely slacked on the workout and healthy home cooking aspects.
My recommitment and promise to myself:
To workout at least 4x a week and run at least 2-3 days a week Eat a HUGE salad, drink a protein packed smoothie and not eat dinner out every day!!!!!
ULTIMATE REALITY GOAL
: Run the Komen Race for the Cure 5k in Austin,TX on November 4, 2012 and get to my goal of 160lbs Let’s do this tumblr!!!!!
