Gardenin “chicken” sautéed the sat aside
In the hot pan sautéed 2 huge handfuls of kale and one handful of broccoli slaw veggie mix seasoned with sea salt a dash of soy sauce (just goes with kale) a spoonful of salsa for flavor and spice and spoonful if jarred garlic granules
Mix it all up…DELISH and quick!!
Kale is a super food eat it up!!
