Smoothie - soy milk, banana, fresh peanut butter and hemp protein powder
Could of used a shot of vanilla or a drizzle of chocolate…but it’s healthy!!!!

Dinner (no pic sorry was hungry)
Dinner - veggie enriched pasta with veggie primavera pasta sauce one large onion, chopped broccoli, and bocca beef all cooked up accordingly then mixed together and seasoned….my brobro added his nasty carnivorous meat but he liked it
Dessert- black seedless grapes and strawberries…so juicy and good…drizzled a little local honey on them too!! (The bees are ok…I’m a bad vegan)
Can I just eat this for dinner please…all of it!!
