It was a vegan pesto, and vegan cheese (kinda looks like tofu on top), sun dries tomatoes and oven roasted cherry tomatoes, spinach, jalapeños, caramelized onions, zucchini squash!
AMAZING!! My non vegan coworker had like 3 slices and loved it too!!Oo and my brown rice flour M&Ms with chocolate chip mosals cookie…it was a long day I earned it!!

Sauteed Garlic and Chickpeas then mixed with handful of parsley, 1/2 large cucumber and 3 spoons of vegenaise, 1 small lemon juiced
seasoned with pink Hemalaine sea salt, garlic powder, cracked pepper, red pepper flakes, few drops of sriacha!!

Where does a raw vegan get protein? Fruits and veggies have TONS of protein easily absorbed by our bodies! All you have to do is eat them in sufficient quantities! Here are some foods that are rich in protein!

Taste: bit of garlic and ginger aftertaste a bit green and orange n beety tasting but the 3 apples and cucumber added a nice tone down taste very yummy!!
